Nigel Linacre
Founder
Nigel’s work enables people to open up, connect with others, and make a difference. He works as an inspirational speaker, facilitator, and writer.
In the course of his career, Nigel has created and run firms and charities, written several books, and helped to raise a family. He is co-founder of Extraordinary Leadership, LeadNow, and Lead-Direct, co-creator of the Extraordinary Leadership Journey which takes executives to spend a week in rural Kenyan schools, and is a founding trustee of WellBoring which provides water solutions for African communities. In addition to his published books, Nigel is currently completing The Other Way Up, co-editing Leadership Paradoxes, publishing content on LinkedIn, and now delivering The Big Life Course.
As well as working in the UK, USA, and Europe, Nigel has worked in India and Nepal, and in Africa, including Kenya and Tanzania, Nigeria and South Africa, Senegal and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Meg is propelled by her deep values of kindness and enabling individuals to genuinely connect with themselves through thoughtful and intentional personal discovery.
As an Executive Strategist, Meg works with entrepreneurs, administrators, and business leaders to help them connect with themselves, their organizations, and their communities. After spending nearly a decade partnering with Senior Management and Leaders in a variety of industries, Meg knows the keys to empowering organizations to thrive and the power of true and genuine connection.
In 2019, Meg founded Connected Assistants, a professional network for Administrative Professionals. Meg is living her truth bringing it back to her community. She is a passionate leader in the administrative industry and actively works to elevate the role of administrators across the globe through advocacy and career coaching.
